MAMA, MADRE, MOM, MAMI..YES MAAM, SI SEÑORA!
While there is a lot to report and update everyone for here at Marina Pez Vela, nothing is more important than extending our thanks, congratulations and love for all the Mothers out there in our community. We have a fantastic month of activities in the project and in the waters just outside and we hope that everyone can share and create some memories with their mothers here at Marina Pez Vela.
MOTHERS DAY EVENTS AT MPV
Saturday, August 12 at 6:00 pm in the amphitheater at Marina Pez Vela we will have a live concert with Roger Morales and company. Roger made national news with his amazing run on a program on Teletica, Cantando por un Sueno, and his amazing voice and personality which exemplifies the best our community and has blessed our community ever since. Access is FREE and we encourage you to reserve in advance for seating at our restaurants which will have a great view and setting so you can have a special dinner with your Mom and listen to the best voices from our community.
BEACH VOLLEYBALL NATIONAL FINALS AT MPV
On August 12 and 13, we have the honor of hosting the national finals for beach volleyball for the first time. New courts are just being completed and will be at the Marina in the area right next to the Malecon. Our Marina family is committed to not only the success of this project, but to integrating the project and its future into the past, present and future of Quepos. Entrance as with nearly all of our events is 100% free so plan on coming down both days to watch the best of the best in the national Beach Volleyball finals at the new courts at Marina Pez Vela.
WHALES ARE BACK!!!
What was once a little known part of the environmental magic of the area is quickly becoming an iconic part of our green season here in Manuel Antonio. August is the official start of the whale watching season at Marina Pez Vela and all of our tour operators, including our signature Ocean King Catamaran and Sunset Sails tours, will be offering daily tours to cruise the waters and have the chance to see these amazing creatures up close. While every tour is different, seeing dolphins, increasing numbers of whales and just enjoying the majesty of our coastal waters at incredible rates is a great way to spend time with family and friends. PROMERICA AT MARINA PEZ VELA
We are excited to announce the opening of Banco Promerica at Marina Pez Vela. Located in our commercial plaza just behind National Rent a Car and Hospital Metropolitano we have a full service branch offering a very convenient 10 am to 7 pm schedule (and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays). The bank is being managed by many of the same team members the Manuel Antonio branch (which is and will remain fully operational), so you can enjoy the convenience of this additional location with the same great service. We are very proud of add this much needed service for the Quepos.
