April should bring a little rain to help cool things down a bit and provide some of the most incredible sunsets you will ever see. So, get to one of our many fine restaurants for cocktails and enjoy the show. If you’re in Quepos check out Marina Pez Vela with several great dining options and dessert at Gelateria Amorosi. If you’re on the mountain you can’t beat the view or the Sangria at the legendary Ronny’s Place celebrating 20 years of providing the best sunset view in Manuel Antonio. At the beach we have En Todas (The Magic Bus) restaurant serving up Happy Monkey Hour with 2×1 drink specials steps from the beach.

More great sunset possibilities are from sea. Brisa Elegante and well the name says it all Sunset Sails are fantastic options to enjoy our sunsets and beautiful coastlines.

Marina keeps the Sportfishing action going strong in April. MPV Open (April 13) kicks off the month with a one-day tournament designed for all anglers to compete and have a lot of fun in the process. Followed by welcoming back the Offshore World Championship. MPV will be hosting 6 days of the most competitive fishing competition of the year. The OWC (April 14-19) has teams from around the world all competing for the title of World Champion. So, come on out and support all the international teams and enjoy all the action of this world class event.

The Earth is an incredibly amazing and fragile ecosystem. Where living organisms interact with each other and their environment to create the ideal conditions for life. Earth Day is April 22 and a day to stress the point that we need to take action and commit to living a greener future. In the words of Bob Marley, “ Let’s get together and feel all right.”
