Bienvenidos… Welcome to our piece of paradise, we are sure you are going to enjoy it. There are so many wonderful things Costa Rica has to offer and we are here to guide you to the best our area has to offer guaranteeing your best vacation possible. We are excited to be celebrating our 26th year of offering guidance to travelers and locals alike on the what, where , when, and how. Along with helping support the local conservation efforts and their amazing work towards making a better tomorrow for everyone to enjoy.

The summer rains have cooled things done a little and brought the greenness. The rain normally rolls through late in the afternoon so get out and early and enjoy a beautiful day. That late afternoon rain is a perfect excuse to book a massage for a little pampering. You deserve it.

July is the month to enjoy and celebrate your Independence. We want to wish all our Canadians a happy Canada Day on July 1 and all Ticos and Ticas we wish a wonderful Guanacaste Day on July 25th. PURA VIDA!!!

Marina Pez Vela gets the celebration going with the place to be to celebrate your Independence on July 4th with live music, great food and drinks, and fireworks for the entire family. MPV continues the action with the Summer Shootout Fishing Tournament on July 6th with a fun day out on the water designed for everyone to enjoy.

Dominical is hosting the 2nd Annual Independence River Float Day on July 6th along with Fuego hosting the Gringo Independence Day Party on the 7th all to support a fundraising event for the Costa Ballena Lifeguards.
